A little out of order, but this is the picture of us before we left this morning, sporting our awesome Man Trip bowling shirts.

Day 1 Fenton, MO to Tulsa, OK
Very long day today. We made it to Tulsa, OK. We saw a lot of very cool things, had fun and are now very tired.
The property has many funky buildings that either the artist made or moved to this location. Some of the buildings were authentic Route 66 buildings and others are ones it looks like he crafted himself.
A "Child Care Center" which was actually a real live old school jail with some old metal toys in it.
There were other visitors at Red Oak II at the same time we were there. These guys were total turkeys.
We saw the awesome crapduster! A artistic piece made to look like a biplane, but made out of an old manure spreader. We then headed out to a place called Red Oak II.

In Galena Kansas, we found Tow Tater who supposedly inspired Tow Mater in the Disney movie Cars.
Rainbow Bridge is another frequent stop on Route 66. Not sure if you can tell, but the bridge appears to be completely constructed of reinforced concrete. There were three on Route 66, but this is the last of the type.
We had a wonderful dinner at Waylan's Ku Ku Hamburger Joint in Miami, OK. Price was awesome and the burgers were great too.
Day 1: Lunch in Lebanon
We've made it to Lebanon and stopped at Steve's Casual Dining for lunch. So far we've seen:
World's largest rocking chair (The store there also sells moonshine. We procured some.)
A giant hillbilly (A statue of a giant hillbilly, that is. We also saw quite a few actual hillbillies.)
A giant bowling pin (next to a giant adult bookstore)
A giant dripping faucet neon sign
Hot and Cold water towers
The Bourbon water tower
And Rolla now actually looks like a fun place to go to school... Unlike my tenure there.
We're averaging about 33 MPH... Hopefully we can escape Missouri today.
