Day 2: Dash Cam

We have a dash cam recording the trip in time lapse. (Which will be awesome when we get home and subject our wives to watching the ENTIRE trip.) Here's a short clip from Day 2 of us leaving the Arcadia Round Barn in Arcadia, OK and driving a short ways down Route 66 to Pop's, which offers over 600 types of soda.

Day 3: Sunday, March 16 - Amarillo, TX to Albuquerque, NM

Today was a bit leisurely. After an enormous breakfast at the Big Texan we headed to the Cadillac Ranch and promptly froze. Most of the scenery today was natural, in the form of the high plains.

We stopped at the Pecos National Historical Park and saw the ruins of a few pueblos and a Spanish Mission.

After Pecos we drove through Santa Fe... Which looked awesome, but was crazy crowded, so we drove through to Albuquerque where we had a fantastic dinner at El Pinto.

Day 3: It gets lonely on the road...

Day 3: Cadillac Ranch

We survived the dust storm and made an early morning pilgrimage to the Cadillac Ranch. It was cold.
